Cancellation Policy
For same-day bookings, you must call or text first for accurate availability. If you book overnight for an early morning appointment, your appointment will be canceled if the Stylist is unaware of the booking. YOU MUST CONTACT YOUR STYLIST FIRST! Please call Within 24 hours of your appointment to cancel. 75% of your service fee will be charged for NO CALL, NO SHOW. After the 3rd occurrence, you will no longer be able to book.
If the client books and cancels the appointment after the third cancellation, the client  is required to pay a $50 fee to book again.  $25 will go towards the service. The other 25 is not refundable. 
Due to safety considerations and limited space, services are not provided for kids under the age of 10.
A 25% DEPOSIT WILL BE TAKEN ON ALL SERVICES OVER $125. THE DEPOSIT GOES TOWARDS THE SERVICE PROVIDED.
