At its core, my work is about transformation—bringing vision to life with artistry, care, and an uncompromising standard of excellence. ⸻ Client Eligibility, Consultations & Booking Policy Payment Methods Cash, debit/credit cards, and Zelle are accepted. Deposits Most services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits secure your appointment and are applied toward your service total. Deposit requirements are displayed during booking. Client Eligibility Hair services are offered to clients ages 10 and older only. No exceptions. Consultations (Required) A consultation is required prior to booking for: • All new clients • All clients under 18 • Returning clients not serviced within the past 12 months Consultations allow for an accurate assessment of hair condition, goals, and maintenance needs. Appointments will not be scheduled without a completed consultation when required. Consultation Fee Consultations are $30 and non-refundable. If a service is booked and completed within 14 days, the consultation fee will be applied toward the service total. Bookings made after 14 days remain valid; however, the consultation fee will not be applied. Before & After-Hours Appointments Appointments scheduled outside of regular business hours are available by request only and subject to an additional service fee, discussed and confirmed prior to booking. Late Arrivals & No-Show Policy A 15-minute grace period is extended for all appointments. Clients arriving after 15 minutes may be subject to a late fee. Clients who arrive 30 minutes late without communication will be considered a no-call, no-show, and the appointment will be canceled. In such cases, the cancellation policy applies, and applicable fees will be collected. Cancellations & Rescheduling A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will result in a charge of 75% of the scheduled service. Repeated violations may result in restricted booking. Guests To maintain a calm, focused, and professional environment, only the client receiving services is permitted. Additional guests, including children, are not allowed unless approved in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Booking & Salon Policies To maintain a refined, professional experience, the following policies are strictly enforced. Cancellations & Rescheduling A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. • Same-day cancellations will be charged 75% of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Three or more cancellations or reschedules will require a non-refundable $50 retainer to secure future appointments. Retainers apply to the service when the appointment is honored. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is provided. • After 15 minutes, a $20 late fee applies. • After 30 minutes, the appointment is canceled, and applicable fees will be charged. Guests GlamHER is a single-operator suite. No additional guests are permitted unless they are receiving services. Service Satisfaction All services are final. Any concerns must be communicated within 24 hours of your appointment for professional review. New Clients All new clients must complete Start My Healthy Hair Journey, which includes a mandatory consultation prior to booking services. By booking, you agree to all salon policies.
