Deposits Most services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your service total and are non-refundable under all circumstances. No exceptions. Client Eligibility Services are offered to clients ages 10 and older only. Consultations (Required) Required for all new clients, clients under 18, and returning clients not serviced within 12 months. Appointments will not be scheduled without a consultation when required. Consultation Fee $30, non-refundable. Applied toward your service if booked within 14 days. ⸻ Same-Day Booking Same-day appointments must be confirmed by call or text before booking. Online availability is not guaranteed. Unconfirmed bookings may be canceled and deposits forfeited. No exceptions. Before/After Hours Available by request only. Additional fees apply. ⸻ Late Policy 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, a late fee applies. 30 minutes late without communication = appointment canceled and treated as a no-show. ⸻ Cancellations 48-hour notice required. Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, and no-shows will be charged 75% of the service. ⸻ Rescheduling (Last-Minute) Requests within 48 hours are not guaranteed. If approved, appointments may be moved within the same week only, based on availability. If no availability remains, the appointment will be canceled, the deposit forfeited, and a new booking is required. Appointments will not be moved outside of the same week. No exceptions. ⸻ Service Adjustments Final pricing may vary based on hair length, density, and service needs at the time of appointment. ⸻ Right to Refuse Service GlamHER reserves the right to refuse service at any time. ⸻ Guests No additional guests or children unless approved.

Cancellation Policy

Booking & Salon Policies To maintain a refined, professional experience, the following policies are strictly enforced. Cancellations & Rescheduling A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. • Same-day cancellations will be charged 75% of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Three or more cancellations or reschedules will require a non-refundable $50 retainer to secure future appointments. Retainers apply to the service when the appointment is honored. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is provided. • After 15 minutes, a $20 late fee applies. • After 30 minutes, the appointment is canceled, and applicable fees will be charged. Guests GlamHER is a single-operator suite. No additional guests are permitted unless they are receiving services. Service Satisfaction All services are final. Any concerns must be communicated within 24 hours of your appointment for professional review. New Clients All new clients must complete Start My Healthy Hair Journey, which includes a mandatory consultation prior to booking services. By booking, you agree to all salon policies.
